Welcome to Yshfeen, an online marketplace connecting patients with verified healthcare providers, clinics, laboratories, and diagnostic centers. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Yshfeen website and related services.
• "Client" refers to any patient or user booking medical services.
• "Provider" refers to clinics, hospitals, labs, or practitioners offering services.
• "Admin" refers to authorized personnel managing the platform.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to book medical services. By registering, you confirm that all provided information is accurate.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Clients may register via email/password, phone OTP, or supported OAuth providers.
• Acceptance of these Terms is mandatory before account activation.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and enabling multi-factor authentication when available.
• All Admin accounts require mandatory two-factor authentication.

4. Provider Verification & Responsibilities

• Providers must upload valid certifications and identity documents for review.
• Only approved and active providers may publish services.
• Providers are solely responsible for service descriptions, pricing, availability, and medical accuracy.
• Yshfeen reserves the right to suspend or deactivate providers violating policies.

5. Booking & Payments

• Service availability is displayed in real time and subject to capacity.
• Payments may include online card payments or cash on arrival where available.
• Fully booked services may offer a wait-list option. Notifications are sent if slots become available.
• Refund and cancellation policies are determined by providers and displayed during booking.

6. Reviews & Content Moderation

Clients may submit ratings and reviews after service completion. All reviews are subject to moderation before publication. Yshfeen reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yshfeen acts solely as a marketplace intermediary and does not provide medical services. Medical responsibility lies entirely with the provider.

8. Changes to Terms

Yshfeen reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
